Viper, SIAT's next-generation plastic strapping tool, is battery-powered and designed for PP and PET in 9, 12 and 16 mm (3/8-1/2-5/8") formats.
Viper is equipped with an innovative touchscreen interface, comparable to that of a smartphone, which allows real-time data to be displayed and values to be adjusted easily and intuitively via icons.
Tensioning force is programmable in Newton , Kg, and lbs, while the type and size of the strap (smooth or embossed) can be entered and recorded. Additionally, you can input the desired cooling time to ensure a flawless weld.
The device, along with its strapping, allows for the securing, reinforcing, palletizing, sealing, and strapping of your packages or pallets through high-quality friction welds. Enhanced performance enables up to 350 cycles per charge.
The strapping tension is adjustable through a push-button, ranging up to 2700 N in automatic, semi-automatic, manual, and soft modes.
This strapping device requires minimal maintenance due to its brushless motor.
The touchscreen can be locked in improved safety.
Equipped with a Li-Ion battery and a charger. Additional batteries are available.
Viper is recommended for light and medium applications.
It is compatible with polypropylene or polyester strapping coils.
